Two enormous Navy warships arrive at cruise terminal in spectacular sight The warships have come from Canada and Denmark Updated Two Royal Navy warships were spotted on Liverpool's waterfront today in a spectacular sight. These pictures show The Royal Canadian Navy's HMCS Halifax and the Danish Navy's HDMS Absalon at the Cruise Liner Terminal earlier this afternoon. It is understood the ships are on their way to a Nato Exercise, Joint Warrior. According to the Royal Navy, the exercise involves 16 warships and brings together vessels from all over the World. Joint Warrior takes place in the spring and autumn each year, spanning the course of two weeks.
