According to the USDA’s FSIS, the health alert affects approximately 43 pounds of not-ready-to-eat, heat-treated, not fully cooked chicken enchilada products due to misbranding and an undeclared allergen. The agency also adds that consumers with allergic reactions to soy should not consume these products.
