Victor Chang | Biography, Accomplishments, & Facts : vimarsa

Victor Chang, Chinese-born Australian cardiologist and surgeon who was a pioneer in modern heart and heart-lung transplantation. He also helped develop devices, such as artificial heart valves, that could be used in heart surgery. The Victor Chang Heart Research Institute was established in his honor.
