Some offer a beef or lamb stew, Shepherd’s pie, fish and chips, corned-beef hash, blood sausage. etc. It’s the corned beef and cabbage, though, that gets added to some menus for March 17 and before, and the Irish dish that gets asked for most often around the holiday.
