As the world comes together today to celebrate the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women for International Women's Day let's help local organizations like Martinez Street Women's Center. Unfortunately, the pandemic has hit local non-profit organizations the hardest, and it's community centers like this that are literally the boots on the ground helping our fellow San Antonio neighbors in need. From empowering young school girls to achieve their dreams, to providing health education and screenings for women across the city, Martinez Street Women's Center is there every day looking to positively impact the lives of women in OUR community. The International Women's Day theme for this year is #ChooseToChallenge. A challenged world is an alert world. And from challenge comes change, so let's choose to challenge. Check out the latest episode of SATX LIFE powered by TOYOTA to learn more about Martinez Street Women's Center.
