Another 21,000plus homes, along with a Nuclear Power plant, an entire university, and parts of camp pendleton, one of the militarys biggest bases. San diego county is under a state of emergency right now, with at least 9 fires burning over 14square miles. Fire crews can barely keep up with one wildfire after another, breaking out and spreading randomly.
