Our temperature. It is upper 30s for every place but the pocono mountains. Higher elevations right around freezing so when you get precipitation it is wintry mix up there. Everybody else is seeing rain. It is lightening up over the last our or so but heavier rain is coming back and no matter what you will need that rain gear all day long. Poor visibility at philly international. 3 miles right now. Wind east at seven. 41 degrees at the moment. High of 55 later on. Heavy at times that rain but not as cold as it has been.
