In this week’s travel law article we examine the case of Robin Hutchings v. InterContinental Hotels Group, PLC. & SC Hotels and Resorts (Jamaica) d/b/a Holiday Inn Resort Montego Bay, Cause No. 1:17-CV-791 RLM-DLP (S.D.
