Situation here at fort eustis. At the time officials were told shots were fired by they didnt know where they were coming from or who pulled the trigger. This all started around 11 30. Thats when a call from inside building 650, which is took place in the building but then learned it was actually outside. Hampton police say wednedays hazmat situation on cynthia drive is related to the meth investigations in newport news. Officers say they found items consistent with making meth. They say they also found an unknown substance. Detectives are still waiting for test results to see what that substance is.
