Paulette Harlow of Kingston, Massachusetts, 75, was convicted of violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act.
The Houcks are being represented by Graves Garrett, a Kansas City-based law firm with the support of 40 Days for Life, the national pro-life organization with which Houck has been a long-time volunteer.
CEO Jim Harden said in a statement about the suit: “It is ridiculous that as pro-life citizens we are forced to do the job of both the FBI and DOJ.”
