Hours later, damage to the building is a somber reminder of what happened there. Eyewitness News Reporter anita oh spoke with witnesses and neighbors who watched the fire burn. I look out the window and saw a big ball of fire. Reporter around 4 40, neighbors woke to had a home engulfed in flames in north philadelphia. Like, an oil rig was burning or something.
