Sears is getting smaller and so are its losses. The retailer cut its losses by more than half in the fourth quarter. It has now lost money 11 quarters in a row. Eddie lampert has been shrinking the store base and separating units to generate cash. They want to form a Real Estate Investment trust to leaseback the stores.
