Laxmii, Muskaan Khubchandani has now signed her next project. She will be playing one of the female leads in Rajashekar’s film,
Sekhar, directed by Lalith Kumar.
Apparently, the makers were particularly impressed by Muskaan’s performance in the bullet song in
George Reddy. “She’s a great dancer and is very expressive too. I saw those traits in her in the famous bullet song and approached her,” says Jeevtiha, the film’s co-producer, adding that when they narrated her script, Muskaan liked the intensity of the role.

New Delhi, Feb 23 : Bollywood horror is evolving beyond simple tales of ghosts, haunted houses and possession stories. FIlmmakers are learning to give a spin to the tale. New sub-genres are being created blending horror with comedy, romance, mythology and more.
Horror comedies, Horror films with social message, and mythological twist to supernatural lore are all plot ideas that fall under the broader genre of horror.
What's more, A-list stars are joining the horror bandwagin. For long, the genre was all about B and C-list actors, given the low production costs. The scene briefly changed when Ram Gopal Varma made Bhoot, casting Ajay Devgn, Urmila Matondkar, Fardeen Khan and Rekha in the film. However, that was a one-off case. The horror genre has mostly been about modest cast.

Talking about his character in the film, Tusshar Kapoor told IANS: "I play a cop who is not very senior but he is not new in profession either. He is a seasoned cop who has his ideology about things and is street-smart. He has to solve a double murder mystery, which changes his life and outlook. It is a character with shades of grey."

Mumbai, Dec 22: Actor Sharad Kelkar, whose films 'Laxmii' and 'Darbaan' were recently released on digital platforms instead of theatres amid the coronavirus pandemic, said, "I believe...that film watching has to be in theatres."
He further said, "Theatres...are made for films...it enhances the film viewing experience. I hope that this pandemic is over soon and people are able to go to theatres."
