Each evacwee with a frantic story to tell. Our phones went all crazy. We got this crazy alert saying Everybody Needs to be evacuated now. In 60 minutes oroville will be under water. Reporter communities under evacuation orders are downstream from Lake Oroville. They will not be allowed back until engineers can deem both spill ways. It happened about 5 00 p. M. , and they say they receive adam 911 call from someone on deborah drive, saying their son was acting reratically. Tonight several Police Vehicles remain outside the residence. Police say one officer deployed his taser, and then ultimately pulled his gun, opened fire, and shot and killed the young man. He died near the train tracks underneath the scott boulev ....
