BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. (WV News) – Hundreds of people showed up early Saturday at the Bridgeport City Park to run or walk in the 14th annual Derek Hotsinpiller Fallen Star 5K.
Many of those granted pardons or commuted sentences had been given longer prison sentences than they would have under current law.
