New Delhi [India], February 4 (ANI): Bollywood actor Manoj Bajpayee and Indian filmmaker Neeraj Pandey have teamed up for a new Discovery+ original history show titled ‘Secrets of Sinauli’, the motion posters of which were released on Thursday.
The new Discovery+ history show, ‘Secrets of Sinauli’ will divulge the biggest revelation of the 21st century, revolving around the changes brought by Western countries to the history of India.
Discovery+ India has released the motion poster of the show on their official social media accounts disclosing that the show will be presented by Neeraj Pandey following the narration by Manoj Bajpayee.

After 'Tandav' found itself in the middle of a controversy pool post allegations by a section of viewers that it hurt religious sentiments, now, Maharashtra Karni Sena chief Ajay Sengar has reacted to the whole controversy.
Expressing objection to the web series, Maharashtra Karni Sena Chief recently said, "We will give Rs 1 crore reward to anyone who slits tongues of those artists who insulted Hindu gods and goddesses in the web-series."

On Friday, Uttar Pradesh police officials recorded the statements of web series 'Tandav' director Ali Abbas Zafar, writer Gaurav Solanki and producer Himanshu Mehra in Mumbai's Andheri area.
Earlier on Thursday, the UP police had visited the residence of the above-mentioned persons, but unfortunately, they were not found there. Subsequently, Zafar, Solanki and Mehra's statements in the 'Tandav' controversy were recorded on Friday.

Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh on Tuesday reacted to the 'Tandav' controversy. Filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar's debut web-series 'Tandav' sparked the rage of many for allegedly hurting religious sentiments.
The web show starring Saif Ali Khan, Dimple Kapadia, and Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub quickly triggered outrage over scenes that allegedly disrespect Lord Shiva.
Reacting to the fiasco, Anil Deshmukh added, "We have received a complaint related to web-series Tandav and will take due action, on the basis of the FIR registered. The central government should constitute a law for OTT. The Lucknow police has informed us and they have always cooperated with us. Complaints regarding OTT content have been made several times and now there should be some regulation in place."

Mumbai (Maharashtra) [India], January 20 (ANI): In the wake of the controversy over the release of web series 'Tandav', Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh on Wednesday said that the central government should bring in legislation in regard to over-the-top (OTT) platforms.
"We have received a complaint regarding web series 'Tandav'. Action will be taken as per the law. Central government should bring legislation in regard to over-the-top (OTT) platforms," Deshmukh told reporters here.
Earlier on Tuesday, Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra said that the state government will register a case against Amazon Prime India's web series 'Tandav'.
