Dod, the military need and funding sequestration is the problem. Are you propose inging 1078 kind of appeal fshor sellquestrationsequestration . Unless you also do something on the domestic side whats the solution to sequestration that you see . Well i guess my primary point is it has to be fixed. Now, that fix has got to pass the house of representatives, its got to pass the senate and its got to be signed into law by the president.
