Investigators say video shows the two men removing an explosive device from a piece of luggage left in new yorks chelsea neighborhoodn saturday. Then they take the luggage but leave the device there. The fbi is just now releasing this photo. They want everyone to see it. Hopefully someone will help them track these guys down.
