Commission on Elections (Comelec) Commissioner Rowena Guanzon revealed this on Wednesday, April 14 on Twitter.
“Looking at the list of petitioners at Comelec, Ang Ladlad filed again,” she said.
“You can be sure there is no dismissal on the ground of immorality as the Comelec has previously done and reversed by the Supreme Court,” added Guanzon.
The party-list welcomed Guanzon’s statement.
“Thank you. We are hoping and praying for a fair chance for our sector,” said Ladlad in its Twitter account.
Ladlad party-list was disqualified in the 2007 elections for not having enough members and nationwide presence.
