There is one incident near the caldecott outside the tunnel, no slowing shows up for 24. The Traffic Alert is on the nimitz, just issued by chp, out of oakland through san leandro, and down toward a street where we have that truck that dropped seven carts out of the back, the report calls it mail carts.
