There is a movement for democracy among people that work there, thinking it matters more and more to their work. And that is also true in the United States. During this last 25 years in the United States government. These last 25 years it has become part and parcel of every diplomats dna to appreciate that the democratic character of governments that we partner with affects their International Posture and policies as well and our military establishment and intelligence agencies i think increasingly understand that and increasingly weave that into their engagements with their partners as well but its not a universally hello view yet but an emerging and broking view so i think we will continuing in this direction at least another 25 years and hopefully have a few more successes to talk about when we meet 25 years from ....
