good evening. as we come on the air a lot of news breaking tonight, including all that rangeling to head off a government shutdown. all the latest on that in just a moment. but first, gasoline prices. the issue putting so much stress on american families. everybody driving a car, everybody in a car pool. and today, gasoline prices were up for the 15th straight day, hitting $3.71 a gallon. oil at a two-year high. the president felt compelled to weigh in. and abc's barbara pinto is in chicago for us tonight. and tell us what the prices are at that station, barbara. >> reporter: diane, ...
