George & Blair's Auto undergoes leadership change ALLIANCE After about 20 years, George & Blair's Auto will be under new leadership.  Austin Everett, 20, of Salem, is leasing the auto shop from owner Blair Young, 70, of Alliance. The lease is for one year, with an option to buy at the end of the year.  The shop at 350 E Patterson St. will reopen in April under the name A-Town Auto Worx LLC.   Young's father, George, opened the shop in 1958.
