Thats where Todd Quinones joins us with breaking developments. Todd. Reporter jessica, im told the victim worked here at this y as a Fitness Instructor and she was the mother of two children. She was killed here tonight outside this ymca where she worked. As you can tell its still very much an active crime scene. The shooting happened outside on the parking lot and there were about 40 kids and parents who were here at the time that were inside the ymca, many of them of course were told were terrified. The brandywine y was then placed on lockdown. Investigators say a man who had a relationship with the mom shot and killed her here at around 6 oclock this eve

Marshals made this arrest tonight ending an emotional and exhausting search. It comes seven weeks after two state troopers were shot and the accused gunman vanished into the poconos. A u. S. Marshall special ops team arrested frein in an airport hangar. He was armed with a snipers rifle and a handgun. He was placed in a pair of handcuffs belonging to corporal bryon dixon. Trooper alex douglas was shot while coming to dixons aid. While its unclear why frein would kill hes known to have an obsession with vicious units of the serbian military an general hatred for Law Enforcement.
