The offramp. Coroner arrived on the scene and that could speed up the opening of the offramp on saratoga avenue in san jose. It is being investigated as a possible hitandrun accident but c. H. P. Officers say the woman may have jumped off the saratoga overpass on to the exit ramp before she was hit by a vehicle. They say evidence here like debris and skid marks and several other drivers stopped to report the woman in the middle of the southbound saratoga avenue offramp. Officers say they interviewing witnesses as they try to put this together. The victim is only being described as adult female...
