a federal appeals court in new york blocked the judge's finding on wednesday. a.c.o.r.n. wants that order thrown out. there will be no exceptions to the three-hour tarmac rules at the nation's airports. next week airlines will be banned from keeping passengers waiting on parked planes longer than three hours. five airlines requested traer exemptions to the rule but the transportation department rejected that. the airlines warned the new rules may force some flights to be canceled. flights in iceland's airports are grounded for the first time since that volcano on the island erupt...
