Local News Briefs: Ditch maintenance project will impact traffic flow Staff Report The Guernsey County Highway Department will start a countywide drainage ditch maintenance project Monday with traffic maintained by flaggers. The project is expected to take eight weeks with work performed from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, weather permitting.
