Ivy Bake Shoppe owner Martha Wolf is passing her prime West Burlington location at the Shottenkirk Superstore to another Burlington coffee shop, the Beancounter. Beancounter owner Suann Wells said it will probably take Wolf "a couple weeks to get 20 years of stuff out of there." "We'll probably be able to get in about the 15th of March," Wells said. "Our goal is to be open the 19th of April. I think we can get it done in about a month. We want to open on a Monday."
