ULM â Cassandra Soto went behind the kitchen door at the Beef N Bone Steakhouse in Ulm to watch owner/chef Michael Shaw in action. He cooked up two of the house specialties - the 48-ounce Tomahawk steak, and an appetizer called Missouri Breaks.
He seasons the steak with a secret house blend before setting it on the charbroil grill for 25 minutes. When ordering a Tomahawk expect to dine for at least an hour, according to Chef Michael.
