how cold s it. >> how cold was it? >> it is complainorthy cold weather. very chilly outside on a saturday morning. it is going to be a frigid weekend. i don't think we will get above the freezing mark for the entire weeken we always have one or two o these weekends every winter. this is clearly one of them. temperatures in t mid tns around town but i you spend any time in the great outdoors over the last 12oursr so, you know the winds are the other half of this equation. windchills are in the sine dimmits this morning. our windchill downtown ist 6 ove zero. 8 degrees in prince george...
