There are a lot of great law schools not represented on the court. I cannot explain to you why it is this way right now. Except perhaps, you have very ambitious people who go to harvard and yale. People who are thinking this is a goal for them. I think, when president s pick nominees, it helps to say, this person went to one of those law schools.
