area in the 9800 block of fort meade road where a body of discovered. police say they were called to the area to check on the welfare of a male near a river. when they arrived they found the man's body. police are not saying how or when he died. the largest free clinic to ever to come to the district is under way at the washington convention center right now. 1,000 volunteers including doctors and nurses will treat thousands of uninsured patients. elaine reyes is outside of the convention center and has more of what's going on out there this morning. >> reporter: good morning. this...
