Yaz LLC sold the property to 213 New Park CT LLC for $2.5 million in a transaction recorded Feb. 10, according to city assessing records. The buying limited liability company lists Benjamin Eng. as principal, and his home and business addresses as the New Park Ave. plaza. His return address listed with the city’s land records is in Brooklyn, however.
