Gilman International Scholarships from the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs. OWU students earning competitive Gilman Scholarships this spring and fall are sophomore Jeremiah Anderson of Dayton, Ohio; senior Miko Harper of Sandy Springs, Georgia; and senior Megha Malik of Dublin, Ohio.
