There seems to be a great deal of confusion over the time of the clean up. The city says the deadline, that 72 hour deadline ends at 5 00 p. M. But other groups today say that city outreach groups have been telling people the clean up may start as early as 5 00 in the morning. I just got off the phone with the mayor.
