Earlier this month a judge heard the long rest of resentencing cases. 300 inmates in philadelphia must get a new hearing or considered for parole. Those in prison for the longest period of time will get hearings first. Two inmates in philadelphia have already been granted new sentences making them eligible for immediate parole.
