Significant winter storm is bearing down on the south and southeast, packing heavy snow and dangerous ice. There are winter storm warnings and watches posted from texas to delaware. Today, water managers in california were taking a look at the historic drought trying to figure out how much relief the state got from a weekend storm. The rain is gone now, but the runoff is still flowing into this reservoir in ma rib county north of san francisco.
