hello, i m llewellyn king, host of white house chronicle, which is coming right up, but first, if your thoughts of my own. as you can see, i m reading the newspaper about the possibility of an asteroid striking the earth. chaos ensues and changes everything. of course, how did they know that? how did the newspaper find out? the department of the government told them. but here is the rub, and it really is a rub what do we want the government to do, and how much government do we want? it is not an easily answered question. we all do believe the government is too big and is getting bigger all the time. if you live in washington, you know government employees do not do their work or do not do the work they should. and yes, we, the public, the consumer want more government. we want the government to tell us the chances of being struck by an asteroid. we want them to clean up the litter. we want the government to do something about people trapped on airplanes. we want the gov
