Flooding knocks out power to interprovinces. The super typhoon shows no sign of slowing down. And now its threatening vietnam. We are tracking it from the weather center. Where is it now and whats the path looking like . Its going to weaken over the next 12 to 24 hours. Its going to pararell the coast of vietnam which could bring over two feet of rain to this vulnerable area.
