Action News ReporterMarissa Kynaston joins us live with the latest investigators were on scene out here for hours this morning gathering evidence. They just recently opened up roads again. The accident happened about 3 30 in the morning. Investigators say two vehicles ran into each other at the Martin Luther king and gowan intersection. One driver was sent to the hospital. Police say he wasnt wearing a seatbelt. The other who Police Believe caused the accident was taken into custody. At this point in the investigation Police Believe speed may have been a factor.
