Been given that he is on probation and given his prior arrest, Santa Clara Police say at 8 45 last night the 24year old was trying to park his car when he crashed into a parked car. He damaged that car as he was opening the door and left. When Police Showed up a few hours later, they suspected he has been drinking. He returned to the scene. He was cooperative and he took a field sobriety test and they arrested him. When he was released from jail this morning, he denied the dui allegation. Simple as this. Justice will be served and the truth will come out. There is no dui. Im sorry for any body...
