From forming when temperatures drop tonight. Now, this winters el nino pattern is resulting in warmerthannormal temperatures. So we are seeing more rain than snow. Its a Welcome Change for some people but not all. I like when it snows a little bit. Its not too much just enough to get the winter feel finally back into new jersey. I dont miss slipping on the ice. I dont miss shoveling. I dont miss not being able to let my dog go and run around so its late. Its very late coming. But i feel a feeling well get i do. I have had a feeling we are going to be having something in march and april. Report...
