Last night, the HB 12, a social justice-focused bill favored by reform advocates, and SB 288. The former has already passed out of the House, as Cannabis Wire reported in our newsletter earlier this month. Cannabis Wirespoke with HB 12 sponsor Rep. Last month, Maryland’s House Judiciary Committee held the first hearing of the session on adult use cannabis legalization. In focus was HB 32, introduced by Delegate Jazz Lewis, which, as Cannabis Wirereported, has broad support among advocates.
