27yearold William Franklin faces a 2nd degree robbery charge and is in the Rock Island County jail. Police say another man 28 year old shawn cade went into Dutrac Community credit union on november 27th. He passed the teller a note saying he was armed and got away with some money. Police say franklin worked along side cade, whom they arrested on december 1st. Both face up to 10 years in prpron. We want to remind you that when you see news, call newsline nine.
