binh luc man suspected of murdering people in this house was released in december of 2006 due it a paperwork snafu. he was arrested early sunday morning near haze and website in san francisco. residents was telling us it was a war zone. s.w.a.t. team officers descended on that resident saturday afternoon. >> i didn't now what was going on. i was terrified and shooken up. i didn't know what was going on. i didn't know if it was a bomb threat or what. >> on saturday they had haze blocked off. it was a s.w.a.t. team out here and guns out and banging on the door trying to get in. i guess...
