Parts of the carolina coast bracing for conditions that could last, this is very important, 24 hours or longer. Thats a lot of water. The storm is forecast to bring up to 25 inches of rain. Some areas could see as much as 40 inches of rainfall triggering catastrophic flash flooding. North carolinas governor is urging people to get out of harms way while they still can. There is still time to leave. The winds may be down a bit. But the onetwo intense punches that we are expecting are still there....
