The cal freshman hadnt been seen since he left a usc Fraternity Party that he attended with his teammates friday night. Eloi was a wonderful teammate. He was very close to all of his players. And our guys are grieving. Reporter Aurora Cardenas was the last person to talk to vazquez. She got two phone calls from her friend Early Saturday Morning saying he was lost and needed help. But the phone cut off at 2 19 a. M. And he never responded to her texts. Los Angeles Police say he was struck and killed at about 2 25. Its very devastating.
