Haines said he would blow the officers head off. He knocked on the officers window last night and then tried to keep the officer from getting out of the car. Later haynes made a shooting gesture and threatened again to shoot him. The officer called for backup and eventually haynes was tasered. The commissioner says the officer and his backup showed tremendous restraint by using less than lethal force. Yesterday we had out in New Castle County and delaware, airport road was closed with extreme flooding there. I just checked in and still closed because of that scene between 95 and route 202 due to that flooding just in the area. But the rest of our roads are really back to normal. 95 around girard avenue, were okay. Southbound from woodhaven road to the vine street expressway towards the Center City Area is okay.
