I just checked in and still closed because of that scene between 95 and route 202 due to that flooding just in the area. But the rest of our roads are really back to normal. 95 around girard avenue, were okay. Southbound from woodhaven road to the vine street expressway towards the Center City Area is okay. A 13minute drive time with average speeds there into the 60s. Heres 295 in hamilton township, new jersey, right around sloan avenue. Not a lot of cars on the roadway. Whether youre headed northbound or southbound or taking 295 to get to the new Jersey Transit train station youll be good to go. No delays for new Jersey Transit as well. Were following b ....

After the sun comes up,c well start to see a lot of this diminish. 45 in philadelphia, 40 in pottstown, 39 in reading. Millville at 38. For the bus stop forecast this morning, were dealing with fog and some areas, especially in the Lehigh Valley. If youre north and west of philadelphia, through the Lehigh Valley this morning at the bus stop, 40 degrees. By the afternoon well be seeing temperatures closer to 60. Philadelphia mid40s by the afternoon, low 60s. If youre in new jersey and delaware, mainly the mid40s by 7 00 a. M. And by 2 00 well be in about the mid60s. First day of spring. We have low pressure system over the delmarva, it will start out as rain showers and mix with wet snow and change over to all snow tonight. 3 00 p.
