Me after 7 00 this morning, what is called a panthagraph it came down on the rail car and it lost heat and had some emergency lighting after shutting down the power septa got riders off the train and they made their way to center city and arrived at Jefferson City this morning more than two hours late. A loud boom and then the train stopped. Septa personnel told us it would be a while. They didnt tell us two hours but they did the best they could. My car was mostly calm we were wondering when we would get moving again but it was a more fun atmosphere than you would expect on a train.
